Excellent customer service and good value. Fitting of windows was done quickly and the fitters were respectful of my property.

Just wanted to provide feedback on the service received from Clearview... We are in love with our new Orangery! We seemed to have numerous hurdles during the conveyance stage and, sadly very nearly Canceled. The team at head office were understanding and helpful. Adam Howard who I think is the QS, managed our issues with a 1st class service. Safe to say I am happy we gave him the opportunity as we wouldn't have the best-looking Build on the street! We were very pleased with the quality of all work completed on our replacement glass conservatory roof. We were disappointed to find at the end of the project that the interior pelmet was not painted leaning the project for us to finish. I had expected a painted product as shown on all the pictures/models. Every other aspect of the project was completed to a high standard and the trades people were all very professional.
We did go back to our salesman about the painting and were told we missed this in the original contract. I’m still not clear on reviewing this where, so for anyone using read the details of te contract more carefully than we did!

So pleased with my new conservatory. It’s even better than I expected! Massive thank you to the team at Clearview and Steve Moulton the project manager who’s communication was excellent. I’d definitely recommend using them to my friends and family.

Very impressed again with Eden. Professional, friendly and hard working. New Front Door, Porch and side window. Sales staff were very helpful and got us to a price we were happy with. Office always in contact to update us with schedules and times to expect work on site. Builders and fitters great to work with, top quality work and aways cleaned up afterwards. After the excellent installation of our conservatory and back windows, there was no hesitation when we needed to have the front of the house windows replaced (another excellent installation).  The installers also left everything very clean and tidy. You are looked after just as well in after sales as when you are looking to purchase as well, we would highly recommend this Company.  Excellent all round - Five Stars!

I got them in for a quote for my mums new windows. The guy who came said that some of existing ones could be fixed, saving her a fortune. (Ethics in this day and age quite rare) The new ones I did get were installed perfectly and on time. The repairs was excellent. I was so impressed I went with them to get a new front door even though I got a 40% discount from another company. Door was exactly how I wanted it. Thanks again to everyone from the people on the phone who kept me updated every step of the way, to the repair chap, to the installation teams and everyone in between. I've dealt with 2 other windows companies for my own windows and I wish I went with RMC.

After considering the replacement of our conservatory roof (polycarbonate) and windows since moving into our bungalow 15 months ago, we finally decided to get some quotes. We wanted to go for the solid roof option with windows. However, we realised this wasn’t an (affordable/simple) option due to modifications to the original bungalow roof. After getting over our disappointment we were delighted with the advice from Jarrod at Clearview. He’d promised they would have a solution when we spoke to him on the phone. He arrived on time and was very thorough, taking measurements and explaining our options, checking in with the senior surveyor to ensure he agreed with our best solution. We have ordered a glass roof replacement and are excited to get it installed in the next few weeks.  

I approached Clearview on behalf of my mother, who owns a very old property in Penwortham. For many years we had struggled with the old single-glazed wooden windows awaiting the opportunity to replace them with a high-end modern replacement that wouldn’t compromise the property's architectural features. I contacted Clearview, and Adam Howard helpfully advised us in person on the options available and how they would look. Before agreeing to the purchase of the windows, Adam was concerned that the property might be located in a heritage location. He suggested we seek advice from the local authorities before proceeding. Thankfully Adam was right, the property was now listed under a Conservation Area and required special permission to proceed with new windows. A big thanks to Clearview and Adam H for their advice to date in window selection and planning approval. His eye for detail saved a real potential issue from occurring. As soon as planning permission is granted, we will sign on the dotted line and look forward to seeing the result! Thanks

from the moment i ordered the door this company has kept me updated throughout the process including a rigorous survey that was done promptly . today 23/03/2023 lee and ryan fitted the door ,arriving at the pre-arranged time slot and fitted the door with great precision ,sheeted out and kept things tidy and went through the procedure with me of how to lock and unlock with a few tips added in,GREAT JOB.,WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
