2 chaps turned up to replace 5 windows in our house.darren and ricky did a superb job they did not stop until it was finished.they spent a god time showing us what they had done, and then cleared up all the mess that had been done

Thus far, I have had a fully glazed patio door and a fully glazed side door installed. As our house is a Georgian cottage, we wanted to maintain the period Georgian features as much as possible. 5 Star Windows & Conservatories were the only company that would provide proper Georgian astrugal bars to both doors as opposed to the horrid fake looking strips that most companies install inside the glazing. The doors are extremely solid and heavy and the gold feature handles and hinges are a cut above and didn't cost any extra. I am extremely happy 5 Star. Their team is extremely professional, friendly and not pushy like other sales companies. We have an entire house full of windows to replace and will definitely be purchasing from 5 Star again.

Ordered a new door from 5 star windows, great service from start to finish, kept up to date and very knowledgeable. Managed to see my door before it was fitted as it was in there showroom in Kidderminster!

Great service from initial visit to installation, and plastering and sealing dealt with quickly, and all work was tidy. Joiners and builders arrived on time for each appointment, and office staff polite and professional. The whole process felt smooth, and that I was in safe hands. Quick Install and ahead of time. The fitter turned up ahead of time, decided not to come through the house with dirty shoes on and cleaned up after a quick install of the new door. All good.

Great workmen, friendly and chatty. Very tidy and take the time to make sure the do a first class job! I can recommend Gordie and Keirin!

The new patio doors look smart and a much cleaner, brighter look than the old ones. The finish wall to window was very neat. Slightly disappointed that the height of the threshold was not lowered as discussed. The surveyor refused to take his shoes off when asked to walk over our carpet so only viewed from outside. So maybe missed this although I’d have hoped it was on the sale notes. 

In the recent past Bon Accord Glass completed a sunlounge extension for us. The service we received was excellent and the sun lounge is great. My wife lives in the room, she loves it.

With this in mind I went straight to Bon Accord Glass for some replacement patio doors. I didn't bother getting quotes elsewhere as I knew the service from Bon Accord would be great.

I wasn't disappointed.

New patio doors installed by friendly joiners who did a great job. Their work ethic was brilliant just got stuck in and didn't stop till the job was done. I had to force them to have a cup of coffee and a chocolate Hob Nob..!!

I phoned up 5 star windows with an enquiry about replacing my front door. Within a week a salesman came and gave me a quote. The surveyor came and talk the measurements and within a month l had a new front door.
They came when they said they would and did a first class job. Would definitely recommend them again myself.
There was a slight problem with the door lock but they rectified that very quickly. Thank you.
They certainly live up to there name.
