One window needed re-doing as the measurements...
One window needed re-doing as the measurements were wrong but the fitters were great. They were punctual, tidy, polite, cleaned up after themselves and seemed to take pride in their work. Workmanship seems to be good and fitting was neat and clean. An issue with a cracked pane was rectified swiftly and the fitters kept us informed. I've a window to door conversion planned next and I'd have no hesitation in using the company again.

Everyone involved in the design and building of our new orangery showed a sincere respect for ourselves and our property and were clearly doing their very best to provide an excellent service throughout the build programme. Very professional people from the top down. We were very pleased with the end product and in particular the care given to detail.

The electrical installation initially was poor and...
The electrical installation initially was poor and had to be redone, however when we contacted Visual about our concerns they were dealt with quikly and satisfactory.
On the planning side I thought that the electrical installation should have been done before the floor was laid that would have probably avoided the above problem.

the two lads who fitted our gutters,Door and new windows were very polite, Hard working and very professional.
They always left everything clean and tidy
We are extremely happy with our windows and door and gutters
We know if we have any problems you will sort it out out
Not like some of the other company's
Quite a few people have looked at our new composite door and are very impressed
we wouldn't hesitate in passing on your phone number and recommending yourselves
