Really pleased with the work done to replace three windows and install patio doors. Also TradeMark have supplied and fitted a new front door for us. The whole experience has been carried out professionally and we're delighted with everything. TradeMark also have good levels of customer service, would definitely recommend.

Replacement conservatory (including new base) anda set of bifolds. 
All the contractors, surveyors etc arrived when we were told they would. The work was completed on time to our satisfaction and the site was left clean and tidy.
This is the second time we have used 5* windows and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

First class service from ordering to fitting, helpful staff and good communication , good quality product fitted expertly, no mess and quickly done. 5* all round

My conservatory was started in 6th April and completed on 3rd May. The builders were amazing and completed their part way before schedule! Same for the guys who carried out the glazing and roof! Cannot write this review without mentioning the person who did final clean down and picked up on a few bits he wasn’t happy with and dealt with them. The only reason I deduct a star is that I had to change my fuse box to meet current regulations but only found this out 2 days before builders were due instead of the “dead” 4 months waiting for planning permission. Not sure where blame lies for this. Anyway despite this I feel they live up to their name and deserve to be a name you can trust. Girls in the office were superb and most definitely deserve a mention - THANK YOU!! Also thanks to salesman who went to so much trouble to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and offered advice accordingly.

From start to finish the service was excellent and the door exactly as expected. The installers turned up early and did a first class job with no mess left behind. 
Couldn’t have asked for more. 

We had a composite door previously, but following orangery work via Visual we thought it would be a great opportunity to change our front door to something more in keeping with our style. Visual had the perfect door which not only looks fantastic with a stain glass window, but also feels more solid and installed to a better standard than our previous one. This is our second purchase via Visual and again, we are happy customers.

We opted for a new Orangery & front door after seeing our neighbours (also Visual). The consultation process was great, Steven helped to guide & advise the best solution based on our needs & wants , but not in anyway pushy. There were several visits to our home by several members of the Visual team prior to work commencing to double check measurements and match the stone to our existing property, even before work started it was clear that the team genuinely cared about doing a great job.

Then the work began and we were amazed at the progress. In total from ground works to being airtight with windows & internal walls plastered it was 4 weeks. The on-site team were all friendly and again it was clear to see they again genuinely cared about doing a great job and worked well together, keeping the area clean (as possible as far as building works go), but the progress was seamless between each trade and project managed very tightly.

Communication with the office team to provide updates throughout the build was great and ensured we were aware what/who was arriving when. The team also helped out with questions, queries and organising any work i.e. 2x french doors removed left the floor uneven between the slab and doorways, but the team came out to remove the bricks the next day and level to allow our flooring to be installed.

Overall, we are over the moon with the finished product and could not recommend Visual highly enough with our other neighbours also looking at an Oragnery.

We can not praise Clearview enough for the work carried out at our property. Everybody was so friendly and professional. From Mark in Sales, Neil the surveyor for reassuring us, Mick and partner for the building work, Keiran the plasterer who worked late to complete the job, Steve the electrician and finally thanks to Kenny and Josh for cleaning after all the work was completed. Great job done.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the windows for the entire house and two doors, fitted by capable and attentive installers. The difference to appearance and warmth of house was immediate. After fitting, one door needed two return visits for adjustments (hence 4 stars), but the firm gave same-day response to my calls and the issue was sorted.
