Martyn Chetwood and our experience with Clearview has been amazing. Martyn helped us create a lovely new living space in replacement of our previous conservatory and has kept in contact throughout the process helping with his wealth of design knowledge and experience. He’s been back since to see the finished result and discuss other ideas for our house. Couldn’t ask for better service! We love him! He’s an asset to your company and couldn’t have done it without him and would only ever request to deal with Martyn in the future.

I booked Visual to fit new french doors and replace some windows at my house- outstanding company and a pleasure to work with throughout. Their customer service was superb from start to finish- really knowledgeable team who provide sound advice and go above and beyond for customers. The installation team were true professionals who got the job done within the timescales- again really good customer service and the finished product is faultless.

5 Star recently fitted a new front door for my 95 year old mum and were outstanding. Everyone we had contact with were so kind and considerate and met all our requests and her needs, makingsure she made the right choice and could open and close the door properly after installation. This included all the sales team, surveyor, fitter and all the phone operators. I cannot rate hem highly enough. Top class personalised service

It was a pleasure working with Trademark from start to finish. Consultant was extremely helpful when visited and gave us all the information and even checked the colour of a neighbour's door to ensure it was the same colour we wanted. Installation was quick and very well done, no mess, no fuss and the fitters gave us a quick explanation of all the adjustments needed to make a well fitted door. A good job all round and well recommended.

Fabulous service and the 2nd time I’ve used ERG in 6 months, 1st time had a new front door installed and this time French doors on my summer house. Can’t seem to be able to put a photo on this site. The salesman Dean was great and the guys that installed my French doors professional and friendly and superior products. In the future I will not be going anywhere else for any windows or doors, I’m recommending them to others.

Replacement patio sliding door with new upvc for,and they even repaired the bottom of the opening, good pair of fitters who worked well with minimum fuss&mess.

Great service from start to finish. To the personal visit to advise and talk through all the different options without pressurising a sale, to the communication and finally the smooth fitting of our new door. Old one taken away, job done in a few hours and no mess. Fab job, highly recommend!

The whole experience was excellent. I dealt with the salesperson who arrived on time and listened to my requirements and advised best way forward.
The installers arrived on time and completed jobs , cleaning up after their daily work.
There were a couple of small snags which were fixed quickly.
All in all very happy and now I’m calling them back to quote to do some other works for another project.
Additionally, the office staff  and accounting staff are very polite and courteous. It’s a great team to deal with.

Everyone I had contact with at TradeMark were friendly, professional, polite, respectful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. I was really pleased with the quote which was a competitive price and the quality of the doors and windows is brilliant. I couldn't be happier and so glad I chose Trademark Windows.

The first visit to find out what I needed, what my budget was, any questions I had etc, was really good. There was no hard sell, it was all about what was right for me and there was no pressure to decide if I wanted to go ahead after receiving the quote by email. I was given an approximate delivery date and my order was actually ready earlier than expected which was great. The delivery/installation date was booked to my convenience too.

On the day of installation the guys turned up on time, they worked hard all day, kept me up to date with what they were doing, but without interrupting me, as I was working from home. They made sure everything was tidied up as they had found it. They returned the next day, again on time, finished fitting the front door and French doors , again making sure everything was clean and tidy. They showed me how to operate the locking mechanisms, as my old fittings were very basic compared to the new ones.

Customer service was excellent too and the guarantees were provided very soon after the work had been completed. A survey of the work was carried out by the local council who certified all work was very satisfactory and passed the strict guidelines.
