What can I say, the clue is in their name - 5 Star Windows! We just had 5-replacement white Georgian bar windows installed. The process from enquiry to quote to installation was easy, professional and great value. We have previously used 5 Star for a conservatory and a garden room. Always professional, great value and 100% customer focused. I’m a demanding customer and 5 Star always step up.

Good service at a "fair" price,
Good service at a "fair" price, not cheap but good quality windows, fitted well by Graeme and Paul. We'll done on getting out the old windows which the house had been built around. Not too messy, but small shards of glass left following the removal are a little annoying as I have a cat. I chose not to have trickle vents fitted as I live on the A82 and the noise reduction is brilliant. Thermal quality is good, though yet to be tested in winter. I have chosen to finish the interior myself as the house is a project. However, they look great from outside, see before and after pictures.

Absolutely 10/10 here.
I cannot rate Permaframe enough. From the off they were extremely professional, very prompt with correspondence, and customer service second-to-none.
They aren't the cheapest, they even said that themselves, but the quality of their windows and doors is more than enough to justify spending that little bit more.

Very happy with this company.
Came out measured then sent a quote paid half of the price. Received a phone call to say that they would be out between 8 and 9. They were out 8.40. Very professional and ensured that we were happy with the installation. Recommend this company. Paid the other half after installation.

Fantastic Rear Extension
We have just had a rear single storey extension completed by Clearview and are absolutely made up with the final result. The whole process from design to completion has been stress free - managed superbly by the Project Manager Steve who has dealt with all the relevant trades involved along the way. At each stage, communication has been excellent and each trade has left the site tidy and clean. Would highly recommend.

Another 5 Star Experience!
We had a previous, very positive experience with 5 Star last year when they replaced our conservatory roof and windows at the rear of our house. It was therefore a no-brainer to ask them to fit a new Tilt and Turn window at the side of our house which involved builders, electricians, fitters and plasterers. A great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use 5 Star again!

Cold caller
Selection, service and installation was great but two days ago we had a cold caller sales person attend the house whilst my wife was busy working from home, the sales person was very rude and dismissive when told we had recently had a door installed stated “yeah of course you did” in a condescending manner.
I was until then very complimentary but that kind of rude cold calling doesn’t represent the company at all.
