Having executed the usual tour of potential suppliers for roofline installation I selected Bon Accord through reputation; professional engagement in scoping the work. First class action in surveying the requirements followed by a competative quote. Having viewed a few installations I engaged Bon Accord to supply and fit the complete roofline of my House and Garage. With date agreed the installation team were early on the job, engaged with myself in reviewing the job and noting any 'special' areas requiring attention. Product for the job being delivered early in preparation for the physical work to commence. The team discussed each days program, how the work frames would be located for each section. Working diligently each day, tidying up the work area prior to departure each day. It was a pleasure having an Efficient, respectful and knowledgeable team completing the job. I have no cause to complain whether it be product, engagement, support or installation. Money well spent.

Just had 7 windows, front door and patio doors fitted and all I need to say is that it was a first class service from a family run first class company.
Would recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their windows and doors.

Recently got this firm to repair two sets of door handles that were broken, replace a hinge that was broken on a window, repack all my doors as they were not closing correctly, replace blown pane on a window, replace a solid door panel with a glass one, and basically refit an out side door which had not been fitted correctly at the time (by a different firm).

To start with the owner turned up when he said he would to look at the job for quote. I was then quoted for the job within a couple of days, exactly as he sad he would. I then paid the deposit for the job and it stated exactly when they said they would. The jobs were completed by a very talented young man to a very high standard.

I would thoroughly recommend this firm as unlike most others it seems in today’s times, they pride themselves on turning up on time, doing the job they say they will and doing a great job at a reasonable price. A great team all around as the admin staff keep you well informed of what’s happening too.

Had Bi-Fold doors fitted. The whole process through initial advice on the product best suited to the situation, through order and approval to fitting and follow up was excellent. You do get the feeling that everyone you come into contact with at Bon Accord really knows their job which gives you complete confidence that the job will be done properly. And it was. Special mention to the guys on site - when they leave you'd never have known they had been there - immaculate. With this and my previous experiences of Bon Accord I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just had roof replaced with solid roof just love it,looks great .Karen was on reception always pleasant and joined in conversation Simon the salesman dealt with us from start to finish didn’t push you into anything you didn’t really need also a mention to Paul project manger always available if you have any queries or problems. At our first contact with Eden Windows we were told how much the company prides itself in the quality of its products and service and this has been our experience. Everyone we have had contact with have proven to be courteous, helpful and professional and keen to do the best job they can for us. When there have been issues (minor) they have been proactive in addressing whatever needs to be done and we are absolutely delighted with the finished work. We especially want to highlight the high standards of the fitters Ryan and Lee who were a pleasure to have working in and around our home and who fitted everything to a very high standard. They also leave everything immaculate and clearly take great pride in what they do. I recommend this company.

Six new windows and a door replaced. Excellent service throughout from sales to tradespeople. Very friendly and professional. The quality of the work is excellent and the fitters really went over and above to make sure the finish looked great.

From the first consultation to completion the work was progressed very smoothly . The engineer that checked the existing structure and measurements was pleasant and thorough. The old conservatory frames and roof were quickly taken down and removed from site by hard working and jovial guys. The new roof and frames came quicker than expected and fitted well with our timing. The jovial guys came back and set about the new build there were no problems just solutions to fit nicely with our existing walls. There is a tricky connection to our existing house roof requiring a leaded structure, it was no problem for the guys and they were happy that I gave my opinion as to how the leadwork was done, great job P. Electrician followed nicely and then the plasterer and his assistant fitted the plasterboard and plaster skimmed the ceiling and made where required. I must say that after forty years as a builder I have never been more impressed with the quality of the plasterer, a real artisan. The work was completed within one week and very clean. Many thanks.
