From start to finish we encountered nothing but...
From start to finish we encountered nothing but delays caused by Orion. We were fobbed off every time we rang. The builders were even warned about us as being 'not particularly nice.' I will not be using Orion again nor recommending them to anyone.

My husband and I purchased, and had fitted doors and windows from your company through Steven ( fitting by Danny and his son), we have been so delighted with the appearance of the systems we had installed, the marketing, fitting and after sales were all incredible. I recently recommended you to my mother and she also has purchased and had fitted, doors and windows which lived up to my expectations and far, exceeded hers. The workmanship was exceptional and from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Garage side door and window. Soffits and gutters....
Garage side door and window. Soffits and gutters. Replacement front door panel and lounge window glass. The fitters were fine, both pleasant and hard working.
However I am not really satisfied with the front door panel as it is a different shade than the existing door. The fitters said it was slightly thicker than the old panel and although they fitted it well, considering the problems, it does not fit flush with the existing frame. I feel that the potential shade difference should have been mentioned when we ordered and by the surveyor.
Your views would be appreciated.
