Overall very pleased with the completed work. Our only criticism was that the correct skirting board wasn't provided on the day of fitting & another day had to be scheduled. We weren't kept in the loop about an alternative day for fitting, we needed some notice due to our work commitments & we regularly had to call to ask for an update. All of the staff we came into contact with from the sales team, surveyor, window fitters & brickies were very friendly & polite. Overall a good job done.

Thank you for installing our windows safely and carefully.
Our windows were increased in depth by removing some bricks from the wall below which has increased light into each room. Not an easy job as they are quite high up and one is over a conservatory but all was done very skillfully.
We are very pleased.
