We were very pleased with the windows, they look great. The one installed in the bedroom prevents us from putting the blind back due to how it opens.

Time taken to install and complete fitting of...
Time taken to install and complete fitting of windows was much longer than expected (overall 2 months from start to completion). This was due to quality of glass, numerous panels had to be replaced due to damage and quality. Overall we are very happy with the completed windows but disappointed with the time taken.

A fantastic service and excellent standards by the fitting team that was only let down by poor communication from the office based staff. On two occasions incorrect dates were given which meant we lost 2 days of our own work waiting for contractors to turn up only to be informed that they were coming on a different day. At times the onsite teams were not sure if other contractors would be turning up (plumbing/gas engineer) and it was left for us as the client to phone the plumber direct and confirm his attendance.
