From start to finish the whole project was...
From start to finish the whole project was seamless. All your workmen are polite, punctual and tidied up after they had finished their work. The finished project is absolutely wonderful and I'm so pleased with it. The design was mainly down to the surveyor who came out and after much discussion I placed my order. Today I have got my furniture and carpets in it and it feels so comfortable and I can't wait to show it to all my friends. Thank you

Written communications should focus on quality not...
Written communications should focus on quality not quantity. We received reams of computer generated paperwork and the exact specification for our design was a few scribbled hieroglyphics.
What we would have liked was
1. A clear initial statement of what our needs were, Planet's suggestion, the dimensions and structure of the proposed design and the cost.
2. On fitting we would have liked a simple instruction reminder on 'How to get the best out of your windows and doors'. The main purpose of our installation was sound insulation and were only discovered by chance that the door has to be locked to provide sound insulation. I don't know how we were supposed to know this.

I wanted, and got, a small single storey...
I wanted, and got, a small single storey conservatory 3m x 4m.
Everything perfect. From start to finish it would be impossible to improve on anything.
