From start to finish I could not be more delighted...
From start to finish I could not be more delighted with product & staff who dealt with the purchase & installation of my new front door.
Every person involved has turned up early for their appointments & the door was ready & fitted about 2 weeks before I had expected the job to be completed.
I have 28 years in Aftersales experience & know a thing or two about customer service, the Mitchell's team are marvellous.

I just wanted to thank you formally for all the time you have spent on making sure our conservatory and patio turned out to live up to our dreams and it has, in fact, surpassed our expectations. I appreciate it is no mean feat to get everything happening at the right time!
I am so happy with the quality of the build and your's and the team's attention to detail. Everyone was very professional, polite and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better team. In fact, right from entering the County shop in Southborough the service has been excellent.

Fitting was excellent but 2 doors have un-matching...
Fitting was excellent but 2 doors have un-matching panels. Patio doors had damaged trim, Front solid door didn't even match frame.

Everything was OK except the plastering that was...
Everything was OK except the plastering that was rushed - Had 2 days to do it - did it in 1 day - rush job- rectified most of it but still uneven. Recommend inspection before final handover by suitable rep/ manager.
