The whole process in fitting 2 new composite doors...
The whole process in fitting 2 new composite doors was excellent. In visiting the showrooms, considering the website and brochure, asking for a site survey, receiving a quote, placing the order, receiving a prompt installation date and the final fitting were all handled very professionally and with a friendly manner.

This is the second window we've had fitted by...
This is the second window we've had fitted by 5 Star, a bit more complicated than the first. They carried out a very neat job and carefully avoided any damage to the tiles on the inside. They fitted extra trim on the outside to provide a perfect finish. The fitters involved me in the exact final placement of the window w.r.t. to the sill. We're very happy with the result.

Our replacement conservatory turned into a much bigger job than we originally planned. Visual staff were always very punctual, and polite. They were happy to share their ideas and suggestions with us throughout the entire job. Given the many other tradesmen that were involved in the work, I was surprised, even pleasantly surprised on occasion how well the plan came together!! Yes we had little hiccups along the way, but anything we weren't quite happy with, someone always came back to sort it. Given our personal experience with Visual, we would be very happy to recommend them and the quality of their products to anyone.

This is the best company we have dealt with for major house projects over the last few years. All staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. All stages of the project from initial contact to completion were first class and stress free. Any issues which arose were all dealt with promptly and rectified. No hesitation in recommending to others and will use again if we have any similar projects.
