Good service professional - responsive to customer needs returning of calls quick - giving confidence only issue was scratch mark on glass

Nice people to deal with, every thing went as planned. Small adjustments were promptly made even though it meant a long drive for the fitters.Good products at competitive prices. Overall we are very pleased we chise them.

Whilst we are absolutely delighted with every aspect of our conservatory there are a couple of things which we have since found frustrating 1 buying blinds has not been straight forward as the sliding doors have not space behind them for fitted blinds and so we are limited to either roller or vertical and whilst we have chosen vertical as the best option because of the size of the handles and the light pelmet they will not close right across the handles You could improve your service by explaining/showing the different options which could make a difference on what type of doors are chosen 2 the lighting pelmet has a gap between it and the roof and at this time of year when there are insects flying around this becomes a graveyard for dead insects a moulding of some sort to close the gap would be ideal 3 the step down from the sliding doors is quite deep and some advise or the offer of fitting a step would have been helpful whilst the workmen were here it was not until it was all finished that we realised that a step would be needed we hope you find these comments useful and reiterate that other than these few things which we understand you may not have come across before we are delighted

First class service and workmanship.

All the workmen were good. I am happy with the completed products but I disliked the process of planning + comms were dreadful.

Fantastic Service from start to finish,really pleased with the door that was fitted.The fitter who done the work was so polite and accommodating.10/10
