Our project took a lot longer than expected but we were kept informed throughout and a special mention for our installer Scott for doing a great job.

Really impressed with TVW from the initial meet with the sales rep to when the fitter did the work. The fitter arrived as promised on time & completed the work within specified timescales. Everything was left clean & tidy as if he'd never been there & I was kept fully informed throughout the job. I required a new window and side door to my garage I had used Trent Valley before to replace all my bungalow windows and doors. They were excellent then and is still as high standard now. In helping me choose, and installing and fitting correctly. I am so pleased with the end result, no mess all taken away, care taken, polite and gave information required.

Engaged Speedy to build a small extension. Initially all was good. Excellent communication, and started on time. That's when it all started going wrong. What should have been a 4 week build starting in July 22 has dragged on and on. Exterior work was only completed in June 23 but I still have major leaks, no building control sign off or guarantee paperwork. I've had 3 different installation managers on the case this year, none of whom have been able to solve the leaks or get the paperwork in place. Communication is extremely poor, and I have had to chase for resolution every step of the way. I now have an extension which leaks and no guarantee, and what feels like a company who couldn't care less.

Friendly and helpful sales and installation teams who delivered a stylish product which enhances our property. Thankyou to all involved.

The back door and windows were supplied and installed as promised and the work was carried out neatly by two pleasant, professional installers.

I would highly recommend this experienced company they are friendly not pushy, really knowledgeable and do a fantastic job. To top it all they were very tidy and respectful in my home.

They priced up the work, took the deposit, and told us they were not going to do the work 2 weeks before it was to start. They still have the deposit and don't communication. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely delighted with my new orangery, which not only provides a lovely space, but also enhances my home. From the start with Martyn to completion overseen by Steve, the project manager, everything went to plan. Each team of workmen were friendly and all worked to a high standard. Also, it appears that they have worked for Clearview for many years which is a great reflection on the company. Nothing was too much trouble and Steve ensured everything was faultless. All very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Clearview, and of course the 20 year guarantee is invaluable.

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with Permaframe Ltd based on my recent experience. I had entered into a contract with them for the installation of a lean-to and replacement windows. Unfortunately, the entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare.
First and foremost, Permaframe Ltd failed to adhere to the procedures outlined in our contract. From the very beginning, the representative was unable to utilize their software to accurately price the work, indicating a lack of competency and professionalism. This was a red flag that unfortunately set the tone for the entire project.
The surveyor assigned to my project had been sent on another job and when they were asked what was going on, they could only fit me in a month later and even then, I had to chase them up to make happen. This unprofessional behaviour, especially as the winter season was approaching, has left me cold and angry.
To make matters worse, despite my attempt to seek resolution and obtain a refund for the deposit, I have been met with a complete lack of response from Permaframe Ltd. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it is evident that they have no regard for the well-being and satisfaction of their customers.
Given the magnitude of the issues I have faced, I am now left with no choice but to involve my solicitor and pursue legal action through the small claims court to rectify this situation. It is disheartening to see a company that had a good reputation, neglect its contractual obligations, and leave a customer in such a situation.
In conclusion, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Permaframe Ltd. My experience has been one of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and seek services elsewhere.

Lee & Ryan have done a superb job of fitting 2 sets of Bi-Fold Doors and a Tilt & Turn window.
The house is clad in shiplap which Lee & Ryan had to modify to match the profile of the new doors. All finished very well to a high standard.
The door & window units are excellent quality and have greatly improved the warmth in the room.
