There was a mix up and we didn’t get the door colour we requested but communication was very good and the gentleman who carried out the replacement was efficient, friendly and left no mess at all. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

Customer service and support first class. Emergency call as front door lock/mechanism had broken leaving my cottage unsecured. ERG sent a member of the team within 5 hours of my call. New mechanism fitted and the door skilfully realigned. Each member of staff was friendly, professional and are a credit to this family company. I would like to congratulate 5 Star for a superb Job on replacing my windows and constructing a new conservatory. From the first meeting with Ross I was impressed with his knowledge and the lack of a hard sell. After the order was placed I was kept informed as to progress by Katie and Kayleigh and the schedule of works they agreed with me was strictly adhered to. As to the work carried out, the quality of the materials and the workmanship was superb. I would particularly like to thank Gavin and his brother for all their hard work in digging the footings, Stuart and Mark for the efficient and professional installation of the windows and construction of the conservatory and the other tradesman for their sterling and professional work. I was also impressed that when a problem was found in two small panes of glass these were replaced within a week.

We went to the showroom in Warrington because we were looking to replace our conservatory with a more useable living space, We met Paul who was so helpful and knowledgeable, he designed exactly what we wanted. We went ahead and Steve Moulton was our project manager, he always answered any queries quickly and we knew what was happening each day. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and the site was left so clean & tidy at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Clearview home improvements.

This is a great local company, have used them several times and always great service. Phone calls returned, not like most other companies, rep came out to discuss what we wanted. Over the 5 years in my home, I have replaced 10 windows, 2 doors, and a set of French doors. I have just ordered the last 2 windows and the house will be complete. The quality of both staff and product is 5 star. The staff are friendly and knowledgable making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. i would highly recommend this company, Kitchen next !!

Great service. It wasn't the cheapest door, but it's a great door. They communicate well throughout the process, from initial contact to a site visit for measuring up, choosing your design, installation and aftercare. We'll certainly consider them when we have our windows replaced.

Visual built our conservatory a few years ago,the product and workmanship was faultless. So when decided to have a solid roof fitted it was common sense to ask visual to fit it. From the initial measuring to the the finished job,as we would expect,the team came when they said they would and were a friendly and knowledgeable workforce. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to have them with with us .
