Efficient, painless & a good value experience. The salesperson, surveyor & fitting team were all good people.

I had a new front door installed by Speedy. Recently I have had someone try and break into the front door and thankfully failed due to the extra high security locks on the door.

WARNING!!! I have found this business to be completely untrustworthy.
Please read the other reviews here and on Trust Pilot. If you pay them the 30% deposit up front that is in their terms you may join me in having the word MUG indelibly ring in your ears for months on end.
Why?
I paid a very large deposit in November 2023 and received no installation date for months. I then received professional advice that their proposal would not be compliant with building regs and they admitted they couldn't supply to my requirements thereby breaking our contract.
We then found that they have multiple CCJs against them with many customer and supplier creditors not being paid.
Following our letter cancelling due to breach of contract and our original review, we were offered a new compliant contract with installation starting in June 24.
Having given them every chance, we finally lost patience at the end of September when a promised early October 24 installation date became vague talk of maybe later in the month and with no evidence of any of the materials we had paid for in November 2023 at their premises.

For 10 months this company had over many £ thousands of our money and we received nothing. We are taking various actions to recover the debt and are reporting them to all relevant trading authorities.

The staff at Premier Windows were very friendly and helpful. They designed our conservatory extension and explained the process clearly to us and the team who built and constructed it were very professional and hard working. They were considerate of our needs and made minimal disturbance. We are very pleased with the result.

The service has been second to none from the young man in the Kidderminster showroom, the admin team, the salesman who helped us choose, the knowledgeable surveyor & finally the very experienced, friendly, installer. 
The installation was seamless & Paul did an amazing job leaving the front of our home looking fabulous & the house very clean & tidy.

We had our extension built within 4-5 weeks and all the workers were lovely and professional - If there were any issues, they came the very next day to sort them out.

The order of works just seemed to flow from digging out the foundations, building the walls, adding the roof and the windows and doors.

Communication was good and we were kept up to date, almost daily, to what has been completed and what to expect next and when, so we weren't left in the dark as to who was coming next to do what.

When the 'snagger' came out at the end of the build, he was honest and upfront about things and made a couple of small changes which we wouldn't have known about or realised, but he was honest and got the small snags sorted before we paid the final payment.

overall a good company with experienced builders/fitters and excellent communication skills!

Everyone at 5* were exceptional. Questions answered promptly workmanship brilliant. All workmen arrived promptly and were very courteous and were great at cleaning up. I would certainly recommend the company.

Craig really listened to me and I ended up with a good looking front door. The lads that came out to install the front door were delightful, really helpful and took time to explain things with no mess left so my driveway was left clean and tidy. I will have 5 Star Windows back and recommended to others.

The employees who fitted our windows and door were extremely pleasant and worked hard. I would recommend Trademark Windows to anyone.

So this year 5 Star have done two sets of replacement windows for me. The first, a complicated set of windows due to an old building with quirky features, that the bigger national window companies either declined completely or quoted ridiculous amounts of £££. Not so 5 Star - they took the job on and although it wasn’t plain sailing they did not sign it off until it was perfect. The owner of the company even appeared at my door to apologise for the slight delay and to reassure me that the job would be completed to the highest standards. A slight snag post completion was sorted instantly and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The second job a standard window and quick order, fit and completion. Could not recommend them highly enough. Brilliant service and after care.
