Having been scammed by a builder a few years ago, I was very cautious about choosing a company to replace my front windows. After doing my research, I contacted several companies for quotes and eventually engaged 5 Star after a very satisfactory consultation /planning meeting whereby I was price matched to a previous quote I was thinking of accepting.
The surveyor's visit went without any issues and I was initially given a rough installation date of after Christmas 2024. However, I was contacted by the appointments team to say they could install on 16th and 17th December. The whole installation process went well, with the exception of time keeping on the part of the fitters. I had to call the head office each morning because of them being over 1 hour late. Both times there were acceptable reasons why they were late, but it would have helped this review if this could have been communicated to me in real time - via head office if they didn't have my number, maybe.
5 Star have said they were going to follow this up.
Having said that, the installations went well on both days. The Fitters were very friendly and helpful, and worked well to get the job done. Trickle vents needed to be ordered to finish the job , which arrived after Christmas and fitted on time by another team.
All admin and office staff have been very supportive throughout.
Will recommend his company to friends and family Would definitely have them to do more work here too.

After putting up with a cold, old fashioned and draughty front door for many years, we decided to update our door and chose 5* as we had used them in the past. From the moment that we met the salesman through to the fitting of our door, we were treated with respect and received exceptional service, professionalism and an amazing quality product. The fitter was thorough and professional and left the house in an immaculate condition. The installation was superb in every way and we are more than satisfied with 5* and our new front door.

A very efficient surveying and ordering process with clear paperwork and guidance throughout the experience. All employees arrived at the specified times and carried out their work efficiently. We had a minor problem with the lock which was quickly and efficiently sorted. The employees obviously knew their job and were very thorough in their execution resulting in a pleasing end product.

Great service from start to finish. No pressure selling, just facts and advice. Schedule of works stuck to. Turned up on time and got on with the work. Left the conservatory tidy at the end of the day. Plasterers and electrician provided same service. Good quality work, and we're more than happy with the end product. Great service from beginning to end & beyond.  Efficient, polite and professional employee’s throughout the Trademark Windows company.  For all appointments everyone arrived on time from the measuring up, to the installation.
Excellent quality and installed extremely well.  Careful parking and care of property was second to none, with the home and garden being left spotless, and I’ve been given a 20 year guarantee.  Highly recommended.

Whole experience, from initial survey to installation, was professionally deliver. Our new windows are very well made, highly recommend 5 Star.

My mouth has dropped reading these reviews because this is not my experience with this company.
And almost all these reviews were done while I was being told by them that they couldn't attend their start dates of the job due to staff illness for over 6 weeks. Something fishy with reviews or companies truthfulness.
Anyway after having 4 months they finally showed up staff reported to me that they had no communication from boss. Boss had no communication with customer me. It's no wonder they fitted the wrong size door even the brothers don't appear to communicate. It was hot and miss that a simple balcony door and 3 cladding boards took over 2 months to finish because they didn't even charge their tools or kept having to leave complete joke no wonder the end result was wrong.

5 Star fitted all my doors, windows and veranda panels and did a fantastic job, all mess cleaned up and removed, absolutely no disruption and finished on time as promised. Worth every one of the 5 stars.

This is the most professional company we've dealt with, every step of the way we were informed of what the next steps were and when they were likely to happen.
When it came to installation time we were given timetable of works and they tradespeople stuck to the dates without fail. All the trades involved were efficient and courteous.
The final result way exceeds our expectations and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
