From first telephone call to doors being fitted was just over 6 weeks. All staff very professional.
When doors were ready we were contacted only 3 working days before the instal, we could have done with a little more notice but we made it work.
On instal, Paul was very professional, just got on with his work and left our house in a clean and tidy state.
Would recommend and will contact again for further windows and doors.

I had a new front door fitted a short while ago by 5 Star Windows and Conservatories. The two man team were quick, neat and hardly had time for a cuppa. The door was fitted correctly and there were no issues and no making good for me. I would use them again

We had 5 Star replace an old leaking conservatory roof and they did a brilliant job from start to finish. Every stage from the original visit and estimate to the completion was well organised and well communicated - no surprises. The workmen at every stage were excellent and tidy. We are well pleased with the finished product and would recommend 5 Star.

5 star definitely live up to their name. They have been amazing from start to finish. First came across them about 5 years ago when my parents used them for their extension and new front door. 5 years later myself and my partner decided we needed new windows and doors on our 2nd home in order to make it ready into a proper family home for our 3 month old boy.

Everyone at the Kidderminster branch has been very helpful and supportive. The whole process was very simple where a lovely guy Ash came out to give us a quote and go through everything with us. It’s a little different having to choose everything yourself when your first home was a new build and already done for you!

Next a surveyor called Dean came and was brilliant and also the admin team behind the scenes especially Melissa who has been there to help with all the questions.

Finally the installation team Dave and Luke were amazing and made the 2 days so smooth sailing especially with having the little one and a dog.

Purchased a new back door. Whole process was excellent. The old back door was removed and the new one fitted in less than 2 hours. Very impressive. Fitter was really good and very respectful. Cleared up after himself.

We had 4 new windows fitted in one day by two very helpful and courteous guys who did a tremendous job, clearing away all the rubbish and old windows and leaving everything spick and span. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company. We are extremely pleased with the finished result at a very good price too.

Although there was some snagging to be addressed after the fitting of our 5 windows a site surveyor came out to review the work done and ensure that everything was resolved with one further visit, which it was.

Visitors had damaged the mechanism on two of my tilt and turn windows. Premier really gave excellent service and prioritised the job to make sure the house was secure. Both windows are now fully functional and all for a reasonable cost. Well done to the whole team. Highly recommended

Overall very happy with the windows and the service. The guy who came out to quote was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't give us the hard sale. He clearly was confident that the product and service was top quality (not in an arrogant way), and just let the objective facts speak for themselves. A very different experience from other companies we received quotes from who were pushy, derogatory of other companies and their products, and made wild claims about themselves that fell apart with one simple Google search.

This company earned my trust (no small feat) and they didn't disappoint. They installed 4 windows quickly and at a reasonable price (without scaffolding, despite what other companies said), and we were so happy with them that we got them back shortly afterwards to fit a 5th window that we had previously been on the fence about.

The only minor disappointment was the hassle of getting the FENSA certificate. I had to chase so many times, and then they issued certificates for the wrong number of windows, and I had to chase several times again to get it sorted. But I did get it sorted in the end. I wouldn't only deduct half a star if I could. As far as I'm concerned, the most important thing is the quality of the windows and the installation, and I'm very happy with them, so I would recommend this company.

This is the third time I have used Trademark Windows  for the installation of double glazing and I highly recommend them.  From initial enquiry then house visits when every option was explained in detail.  Photos were take front and back so that we could see how our house would look with the windows of our choice.  Every detail of the project was covered.  We were kept notified throughout the process of likely delivery and installation dates.  The installation team were excellent.  They were happy to keep us appraised at each stage of the installation.  It was great to see and appreciate their expertise.  Seven windows removed and replaced and not a speck of dust left anywhere.  All in all, an excellent team job which displayed the first class standards shown by all at Trademark Windows.
