Every member of staff that we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. In particular, we were both impressed by the showroom with a large selection of door samples.

Over the moon with the final outcome of the deck
The customer was over the moon with the final outcome of the deck – the feeling was mutual as I had never installed a circular deck before, but always wanted the challenge. I feel that the colour & finish of the decking itself adds to the wow factor it was easier to install than I was expecting. Great service from Lakeland Verandahs as always & overall very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

On the communications side of things it would have been better if head office could have informed us that the fitters had to go and finish a job from the previous day.

Extremely poor communication and planning between...
Extremely poor communication and planning between departments and no consideration given to the customer - issues at every step of the way. A very inefficient company that unfortunately doesn't make a great customer journey. Most issues eventually solved but only due to me the customer having to chase the supplier and have a meeting with owner and senior management
