It’s a fight to 6 weeks to get a plasterer. First date provided The didn’t turn up and despite calling in the morning to chase, I was not told until 3 PM that they went attending. I wasted an entire day off work for this! Second date provided, they turned up on time. The surveyor (Les) was excellent and pointes out some suggestions on the design which we hadnt thought of and so pleased he did. We also didn’t receive any design drawings (CAD designs). Aftersales issues seem very very slow, and we have still not been contacted despite engineers taking pictures to ‘give to the office’ to look at. Ofher than those few disappointing points, the rest of the process and experience was very good.

One window was cracked on installation and after 3...
One window was cracked on installation and after 3 weeks we were still awaiting replacement. Also two small end pieces missing.
