Excellent service

The lady we met in the Southborough branch was lovely and was able to show us a wide array of products. Bertrand Dupont then came around to meet us at home, take measurements and give us more detail about the options that were available to us. He was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We did not feel under any pressure to make decisions quickly. The surveyor came shortly after we decided to proceed with an order and was very efficient and professional. The two gentlemen who installed our front door were very charming and did an excellent job! They were clean and tidy throughout and a pleasure to have working in our home for the day. We are very pleased with the end result and feel that the whole process from planning through to installation went very smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family based on professionalism, price, good workmanship and quality of the product/installation.

We had 2 sets of large windows, a small window and french windows fitted. General ordering went well however, we didn't see any samples of what we were getting. Although we were clear of the division of windows and where the openers would be for instance. Arrangement of fitting went well and in a good timescale and the quote was competitive. Steve and John were great fitters - they worked hard all day long to get as much of the job done. They did arrive later than expected but this was apparently due to a delay in getting to us. They only had one of the two windows for the French doors which they were due to fit therefore they were not able to fit the French doors. They were understanding of needs on the day and the fact that we didn't want to start the french windows if they couldn't be completed. They returned after around 2 weeks and only after we chased Yorkshire Windows. When Steve and John returned, they fitted the glass in an afternoon and again worked hard to complete. There were imperfections in the windows however and so a week later, another fitter came to replace the glass in the window. We are now happy and satisfied with the fitting of the windows and the look that we now have. The fitters were great, polite, flexible and hard working. However I would say that the logistics of getting the glass (and good quality panes) was the element that lacked in our experience. The fact that it took three visits to complete the job made it difficult to be completely positive. We also had to do a lot of chasing to keep the project going. In summary, the fitters were excellent however the logistics and communication were lacking which tainted our experience of getting the windows fitted. Thank you

I have had work done by Orion before and because of the all round excellent service of that work I chose them again. From the initial contact everything was dealt with professionally. Polite knowledgeable staff to excellent workmanship by the fitters. I'm really pleased with the whole package. There was a small fault with the frameworks due to a machine problem and I was contacted by the suppliers the next day for it to be rectified. These things happen and in no way has it effected the overall job or my opinion. Highly recommended.

no problem with actual installation, however, after sales service not so good. Fitters did not have correct colour of end caps, so fitted white (instead of brown) with a promise that Orion would be in touch to rectify. Despite a after sales telephone call from Orion when this was pointed out (as well as the fitter making a note), it has taken a call from me two weeks later, to arrange replacements. Also, length of time taken from discussing with sales and placing order to actual installation was 6 months, way longer than envisaged.

Eden windows Gillingham fitted both a Solidor front door with a side panel in glass and a set of internal patio doors. The quality of the products was excellent and the sales process very friendly and professional thanks Don. The fitters turned up on time were superb - friendly, and did an excellent job, thanks Rob and Mark. We will use again and would recommend them to friends.
