I started my project with a front door and decided on a composite, TWC had a really good range and they concentrated heavily on the security aspect and that really attracted me to use these guys, the price was as i expected and if anything a little cheaper than some of the other doors i had seen, they had no hidden extras like some of the other local companies who advertised a fitted price and then its £25 for a letterbox etc. when it came to the fitting my wife is an expert at finding things wrong , but she struggled, an expert job, i can see why they employ all of the fitters themselves to keep the high standards they deliver.
I'm very impressed with TWC they have made a good start and i will continue to use them for the rest of the modernisation. I will add some photos when the windows are in.

Front & Back doors and frames replaced -
From start to finish this company were excellent, I cannot fault the service,
I have a very old house and was worried about how clean the job would be, was the finish going to be up to standard but I have to say the fitters were brilliant, everything fits perfectly and they cleaned up behind them like no one had ever been!
Best service I’ve had in ages from any local company!!

You most certainly get what you pay for - worth every penny!
This company is by no means the cheapest but their professional service and superior quality is worth paying for. My new conservatory is fantastic and has added so much extra space to my house and with the new glass roof it has made the adjoining kitchen so much brighter. Very professional all round. Minor issues with some guttering was sorted out with no quibbles and could not praise their staff enough.

Im one of 3 quote people, but im very proud of my home so this decision was on confidence of the company as well as he product but the price is also important. Ross visited and he knew his stuff, the window was very different to the previous demonstrations by the other companies and carried a 20 year warranty (the others only 10 years) and the various colours available was food for thought , i decided on the white as i wasnt brave enough to make the change, the installation was perfect , the same team came every day and they didnt stop, the new windows look great, I dont write reviews often but TWC deserves one.

Great Service, i had all my windows done at the front of the house about 3 years ago by these guys and some scum bag threw something or tried to beak in though the back door recently and broke the toughen glass around the back, with the return customer discount it was hard to say no to a new door , they secured my old one and had my new door made to measure by the following week, fast efficient and i would say good value.

Nothing but problems. Fitting date cancelled, twice (poor excuses) fitted in a rush and very poor standard. Follow up OK. Door still not up to quality. Very draughty and not worth £1000
