Orion's window + door were excellent and well...
Orion's window + door were excellent and well fitted. However - the builder who did the prepatory work was appalling and made a huge mess to the front and back of our home. We refused to pay the bill until it was cleared up.

Staff were well mannered, polite, punctual,and worked in a professional way.
They cleaned up after the days work and left everything tidy when all was completed.
Our overall experience was very positive, leaving us happy with our lovely new conservatory.

We've used Orion before & were well...
We've used Orion before & were well pleased which is why we chose them again.
The only reason they fell short on this occasion is because the installers caused minor damages / losses & didn't say anything or apologise to us before leaving
1. Broken tile
2. Damaged door frame
3. Missing screwdriver bit
We know these things can happen but still a little disappointing.
Given our overall experiences with Orion we would still recommend them.
