Nice easy transaction, i knew what i wanted , they had the better window from the ones i had seen and they were within budget Fitting was to a good standard and aftercare prompt when i discovered a bead of silicone been missed Overall a very good service

Thank you very much for providing such a good service. From the initial contact to the finished installation tthe experience was one of total professionalism. Each stage was handled with quiet confidence and the installtion team worked extremely hard to ensure that the windows were fitted and finished to a very high standard . Very pleased with the results and very happy with the service from Balhousie Glazing.

When they came to fit the door on 23 Nov 2018. the frame was cracked. Another frame had to be ordered . He returned 9 Dec 2018 only to find that the frame was damaged again and another frame was ordered. It was fitted on the 17 Jan 2019. These things need to be checked before leaving the factory.

Deserves a 5 star, won my new front door in a charity raffle, the office was great and they squeezed me in a gap in their schedule, the fitting team was really good, friendly , the fitting was great and we had a laugh along the way. They will do the windows next year and i can say enough about the service received.
