From the initial survey to the finished job, the service was excellent. the fitting staff arrived bang on time and completed the work in the alloted time scale. The door looked fantastic when fitted. Staff were polite and tidied up on completion.
The only criticism was a misunderstanding over the fitting of a flood door to the frame. We were led to believe that this was do-able but the fitters said it wasn't.
That aside, no problems at all.

Initial meeting with sales rep at my house was very good - to the point, and with a no-nonsense approach - no needless selling of items I did not require.
Installation was fast and hassle-free. Workers tidied up after themselves, although there were a few niggles I only noticed after they were gone - some holes in plasterwork around new door frame which I would have imagined they should have finished. (No major worries, as I had the tools to hand to do it myself, but still...)

All the staff at Hazlemere were very helpful and informative and any questions were dealt with immediately. Our new conservatory is finished to a very high standard and is everything we hoped for. Highly recommended!

Ordered gold light fittings from the outset but...
Ordered gold light fittings from the outset but the electrician rang on the morning of fitting to say he did not have gold, he could order but it would be the following week before he could fit them.
Only a small niggle

Thank you all at County for the wonderful completion of our orangery. It was quite a project but it was completed just as we had wanted from the that first visit to your Heathfield showroom.
