Old back door removed in a very workman like...
Old back door removed in a very workman like manner - not easy as the old door was set into a rendered finish. Access had to be made via the house -1st job was to protect a 'run' with the dust sheets - very impressed with methodology and finished job.

V. pleased with conservatory. Design has worked well, finishing is good + patio work. Brick work to make a good size French doors + full height glazing.

All good except workmen laid floor + cement not...
All good except workmen laid floor + cement not dry when they skimmed/levelled floor so I have to get it re-done before carpet tiles can go down.

I have to add that my disappointment in the...
I have to add that my disappointment in the process as been with the office based staff. One person in particular. She is rude, obnoxious and totally unaware of how to treat people, never mind customers.
This incident nearly cause me to cancel my order and should be addressed.
My work has been completed, and I am happy with the work, I do feel that I was not given enough time to inspect the work before having to complete the satisfaction note that was given to me by the guys who had done the work? If there was anything wrong I would have been apprehensive to address this being a woman on my own.
