Ours was a very tight schedule because we decided to have our work done before we went away. { A fairly big job } They fitted us in to their tight schedule just before Christmas. From start to finish everything was completed to a very high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star.

We are just so pleased with the entire process, from the original design and then throughout the entire design and build process. We cannot fault the professionalism of Hazlemere Window Company, the whole process was painless when we had been expecting something to go wrong and it never did. We had actually thought that the process would take much longer especially during the winter months, however we have been pleasantly surprised. The project was completed within four months of ordering, quite remarkable as building regulations had to be approved. Hazlemere have a very experienced team who understand the importance of customer service, we felt that everyone's objective was to delight the customer. A very rare commodity these days.

Would definately recommend on quality, price and quality of workmanship. Fitters were friendly, efficient, polite and tidy.
From the initial contact through the consultation and survey we were kept informed of progress. Alround efficient, competative and quality product and service.

There was an evident lack of communication between staff and employees and the punctuality was poor. That aside, the staff and employees were courteous at all times,all the material used is of top quality, the work was carried out most professionally, skilfully, meticulously and cleanly. On the whole my experience with everyone was excellent particularly with Ross Manser, Harvey, Lee and Kayleigh.
My conservatory/extension is finished now. Yes, I had to wait for its completion but it was well worth it! I am delighted with the installation. All those who come and see it are amazed by the transformation of my room and I would certainly recommend
5 Star without hesitation.

I'm extremely happy with the entire process...
I'm extremely happy with the entire process and although I had three other quotes I had to go with 5 Star. I'm also getting another work done and have made an order for additional work immediately after the completion of the work based upon the service, price and quality of workmanship.
