What an excellent service from start to finish, sales person was helpful and not pushy, gave me excellent advice and processed everything quickly without hassle. Everyone i had to speak to was helpful and easy to deal with i am so pleased with the windows and door we purchased. Thank you.

Couldn't have asked for more...
Our conservatory roof was an old fashioned poly carb one that made the room look dark and never felt part of the house, so we wanted to swap to a glass one. The guys at Eden did a fantastic job from the start, right through to the finished product which we absolutely love and now the room is used daily. The customer service and the way they handled our replacement roof installation was 5* Thank you Stewart and the team.

From the very first meeting we had with West Yorkshire Windows we knew we would end up going with them. We'd had several quotes from other companies and felt like there was no personality, it was different with west yorkshire windows. James was very friendly and took the time to find out what we actually wanted. The whole process was seamless. Lee the builder was fantastic, turned up to work in all weather, and we had some horrendous days. There were no delays and we were informed at all times what was happening.

Having had all of my windows from 5 star and...
Having had all of my windows from 5 star and fitting them myself . It was the only place I visited to order the large window I required. The use of cad was valuable. Allowing me to select a design similar to others I had fitted . Looking at option gave me an opportunity to look at 3 variation l had in mind. The finished project was as expected based on my previous dealings with 5 star. The fitter applying finishing strip to enhance the finished product. I can only say he was professional in every respect , giving me no hesitation in recommending the works to other people .
