We did have a few issues with our original fitting, the wrong design was fitted for some of the windows and there were some snagging issues. However, Eden Windows accepted the errors immediately and ordered replacements for us. The 2nd fitter who came out was fantastic, he checked all the windows and sorted out any snagging. End result is brilliant, the house looks amazing. It may have not gone perfectly at the first fitting but I cannot fault their customer service and their dedication to putting it right. The sort of service (I know from bitter experience) you simply don’t get from the bigger firms.
