I got quotes from 5 companies. I was impressed with Trent Valley Windows because they did everything when they said they would on the dates they said they would they called back and contacted me when they d said they would.

Tim the salesman was very friendly
Tim the salesman was very friendly & helpful, not at all pushy. The surveyor was on time & efficient & the installer who was working alone was on time, very tidy, friendly & did an amazing job.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is that the contact we had with the office let the company down. Calls were not returned & the was a feeling of indifference when calling to make the scheduled payments. However I’d use the company again as the product ( front door) is excellent.

Our experience of Eden Windows
We have found Eden Windows excellent. The products are of a high quality. The staff, fitters etc very friendly. The MD Paul is very pleasant easy to talk to.

Excellent service
Excellent before, during and after service. I can not fault Eden Windows they fitted my French doors and new Front door nothing was too much trouble and my doors look great.
