I needed to replace a small wooden verandah on the back of my house and opted for a upvc replacement with french doors. The whole experience from start to finish was first rate. From initial enquiries in the showroom, through to advice and options from Mike the designer, then Keith the surveyor, and Paul and John the fitters, everything was dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Very pleased with the end result and glad I went with 5 Star

Permaframe were not the sole company to quote for our conservatory but they were the only company who actually listened to our requirements hence getting the contract. Apart from arriving a bit later in the mornings than stated, all the work was done in a timely and professional manner and the workmen were friendly, efficient and helpful. We are delighted with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Permaframe.

Eden - fantastic service.
We have had a front door and patio door installed recently by Eden Windows. We feel very confident using their service as all aspects are carried out professionally and with a high level of customer care. The products are very high quality and reasonably priced for what you get. From the sales people to the surveyor, office staff and fitters everyone you deal with seems to take pride in their work and they never push for a sale. Great work, keep it up Eden, we will soon be coming back to you to replace our windows!

"We have used Pennine several times over the years so had no hesitation in choosing them to build our conservatory.
"From beginning through to completion, the project was managed to a high standard. Everyone, who was involved, were a credit to the company.
"Michala kept us well informed at each stage of the building programme. Rob and Colin are excellent builders and we got on really well. (I bet they miss the cake!).
"We must mention Simon also...... a perfectionist in his trade. Everything was overseen by Wallace the project manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly throughout. I would not hesitate to use Pennine again, and would certainly recommend."
