I recently had new UPVC window installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The initial Sales / Window Designer was excellant in his presentation, quotation and folllow up proceedures. On the day of fitting the team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed real care in both the installation and the finishing details. The windows themselves are solid, well‑constructed.
The installers attention to detail was clear—the frame was level, seals were neat, and the final result looks clean and modern.
The locking mechanisms feel secure, and the smooth opening and closing show the quality of the workmanship.
Overall, this was a professional, reliable, and high‑quality installation, and I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Highly recommend 5 Star Kidderminster - had replacement doors and windows at a great price. Whole transaction was friendly but professional. Make sure your printer has ink and paper - the contract is extremely long! The fitters (two on day 1, 3, and 4, four on day 2) were great chaps and went beyond their duty. All-in-all it was a pain-free and quick (relatively) transaction.

I am very pleased with the service from 5 Star. From the consultation with the designer, the visit from the surveyor and the actual fitters on the day, I had everything explained and everyone was very professional. Phone calls and emails from the administrative staff were timely and made sure the process ran smoothly. The salesman was very friendly and informative. However, communication was awful. The first engineer only turned up after numerous phone calls , and then 4 hours late. On the day of the fitting the fitters turned up so late that the job had to be postponed to another day. On the rescheduled day only one fitter turned up. There was no way he could remove the old patio window on his own which meant having to help him manually with the job otherwise the job would have had to be postponed again. To be fair, the fitter did a very
good job but definitely would not recommend this company despite the 50 pound bribe they offer.

Fabulous job completed on our house which involved replacing all windows, front and interior door. Sales team very helpful, installation team efficient and reliable and any concerns have been dealt with in a timely fashion.

Erg were fantastic from initial enquiry about replacement doors and window to instillation. The range of products we had to choose from was good. All the team that came to the house were very curtious and professional and have us good advise. The day of installation was amazing the team worked so hard to do the installation and explained what they were doing as they went along and left the house tidy after finishing.

Visit from the rep was quite some time ago, as I needed to have additional work completed by my builder before the door could be fitted.
5 Star kept in contact to see if I was ready, but I had to keep putting them off!
Once I was finally ready for the work to be completed, it was scheduled inside two weeks. The fitter was delayed on the day, as he had been asked to call at another site en route, but not excessively so.
The only downside to the fitting was that it was on a cold day, with several hailstorms - not the ideal conditions to have a gaping hole in the wall! Of course, that was completely beyond our control.
The new door looks lovely, and is just what I wanted, fitting in well with my Victorian home.
