I recently got Bon Accord to fit new windows and doors at my house and the whole process from start to finish was brilliant - from the initial appointment with Richard through to installation by Dave and Jim, everything was first class.

Right from the start the sales rep explained l could have the windows and doors l wanted the colour choice to style ,so l did and l am very happy with the style colour of both the windows and doors price was fair and worth it for service and goods
installation the two man team l had where with no exaggeration excellent they installed my windows and doors quickly and the finished product was excellent
they also had to work around the trades who were laying my flooring at the same time and they accomplished this with ease

First contact with salesman he understood what I needed and on first visit to measure up I felt reassured that I was making the right decision. He was not pushy but confident in his product. There was a slight delay in completing because of lack of scaffolding but the matter was resolved quickly and apologies made. Three windows had the wrong trims but again the matter was resolved quickly and apologies made. The team fitting the windows did an excellent job, worked hard and took a pride in their work. They cleared up when finished and were friendly and considerate throughout. Overall I am delighted with my new windows, they have transformed my flat looking modern and easy to clean (second floor). I would have no hesitation in recommending Bon Accord Glass.

We recently ordered 3 doors and decided to go with 2 premium products we are hoping the installation would match the product quality and were naturally feeling apprehensive.
We are writing to say how impressed we were with the installation job that Kevin and Mitchell did for us. The skill and care on display was impressive and they were organised and considerate throughout.
We were delighted with the final finish / make good, which was exceptional. Well done to the team!

Sales and Fitting team are excellent. The admin/operations team customer contact and manners is shocking, rude and abrupt they ruin the whole experience for the customer. They need to be trained on how to speak to customers professionally.

Our front door was installed today and we would like to say how pleased we are with the front door and the team that installed it - Tyler and Ryan.
They were great and nothing was too much trouble and the installation was first class. It was a pleasure to have them on site.

Staff very helpful and good manners.A slight hic up at the beginning but soon sorted out. Work was done very satisfactory and after a slight leak which was sorted the same day very pleased with my new door. Good experience with company.
