Delighted with finished product though the delay in starting was very disappointing and not communicated to the customer. Installers were excellent.

We used Bon Accord Glass to replace all our windows and front door and are extremely pleased with the end product. The entire process from initial sales contact, timing, installation, finishing and final inspection was handled very professionally. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with and their workmanship was excellent.

I have used speedy conservatories twice now and have found the company to be most helpful through the whole process from planning and design through to completion. Taking in our thoughts to arrive at a superb addition to the home. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I'm writing to thank County for an excellent job on replacing the windows of my cottage. This week Ryan and Tyler replaced timber windows in my cottage's bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and porch. They have done a fantastic job and have been polite, helpful tidy and thoughtful. They worked fast and carefully and the quality of what they have done is great. Its not an easy job as the cottage was built in the early 1800s and nothing here was straight of square before my lovely new windows! Next week I'm going to be working away while you rebuild my bay window and add new windows. I would normally never be away when building work is going on but based in the the service I have received this week, I am reassured that all will be fine. Communication from WYW was the worst part:- I had a contract schedule but that was changed. I received an invoice for Building Regs which I shouldn't have. An Email from me was not replied to! The workmanship and end product was excellent, you just need to focus more on keeping the customer informed

Although my conservatory and raised patio was installed over the winter months, Ian the Bon Accord manager kept me up to date with all the work and made every effort to complete any work as agreed and always leaving the site tidy. I also found that any 'teething problems' were always dealt with asap and they never refused to correct any problems during work or after payment. Many thanks to all Bon Accord staff.

I am delighted with my extension/orangery from Bon Accord Glass. All the staff were pleasant, helpful and did an excellent job. The finished build fits in perfectly with the rest of the house.

Sliding patio doors fitted as part of a Juliette balcony. We received excellent service throughout and the whole project was well coordinated. Will use 5 Star Windows and Conservatories again.
