We turned our garage into a lounge, which required the replacement of the garage door with a new glazed screen, which Mitchell Glass provided and fitted for us. To reduce cost I organised separate trades, which meant some coordination was done by me. This resulted in the screen being fitted before the ingoes were correctly completed and so it was not quite right first time around. Mitchell Glass re-fitted the screen without complaint as quickly as possible to enable me to compete the project with minimal delay. A great professional service!

All the different tradesmen involved were very knowledgable, clearly with many years expertise. They were thoughtful and helpful and did not encroach on my privacy. In fact it was only the electrician who needed access to the house. They were tidy workers and cleaned up after themselves. The office and staff therein were always available to answer any queries and site visits by overseeing senior staff were a plenty. For the size and quality of the Orangery, James Oliver prices were competitive. Appreciated working with a 'family' run business. I can highly recommend James Oliver Conservatories.

We can highly recommend this company, they surpassed our expectations. Their service was faultless, from the initial quote, revisions to our plan where needed handled professionally with a good computerised system, punctuality of the surveyor to the fitter team carrying out the work. The fitters Martin and Dave were happy in their work, dealt with the job efficiently and to a high standard. They answered any questions we had about the fit out and tidied up really well at the end of every day. Turning to the product, the windows and door we had fitted look of high quality. Only been in a few days but I'm confident they will be good for years to come. Very competitively priced, they are more than up to Anglian standard, the windows we replaced.
