Conservatory fitter excellent grounds workers worked very hard however lack of organisation skills coming at least 36 mts away when other is 2 mts away.. Left to organise unloading of lorry. No return to help with drive and garden clean as promised.

As we had some problems I would be reluctant to recommend to others although the problems were finally resolved .

Belatedly, please could you please pass on our thanks to Peter and his varied work colleagues for an excellent job on the windows, soffits, fascias and guttering. Peter’s attention to detail and skilled craftsmanship shows through in the overall appearance of the house - it looks great!

Excellent quality and great service however was expecting a 'sign off' visit after installation to check everything was okay. We have had to chase up snags three times.

Having used West Yorkshire Windows several times and spent many thousands of pounds I have found the last installation very poor. Damage caused, plasterer arranged to repair didnt turn up.I had to chase, numerous phone calls, several days off work, totally inconvenienced. Steve tells me they ran over on a job. When the plasterer finally came he tells me he was never going to be coming as was at a funeral so basically I had been fobbed off. I complained to no avail was just told sorry these things happen. The final guy who came to do the trim even named the fitters having looked at the poor work they’d done. That’s some reputation they have. Pretty much feel that despite any loyalty I have had by being a returning customer they are just interested in taking your money. No gesture of goodwill for the two weeks of inconvenience. Within 3 minutes of it being finished steve phoned to say balance due. Wasn’t as quick to phone me to say we are not coming today as arranged. Very disappointed on this occasion and with just a little better customer service and understanding they could have made it so different.

Does what it says on the tin. Had a recent project completed with Clearview, overall experience was excellent from start to finish. All the tradesman were very polite, respectful and worked to a very high standard. Clear view are not the cheapest but I would recommend them if you want to improve the look of your home. My only negative and it is only a small point each job has a project manager, not sure why as we never saw this person through out our project, even when we hit a small snag he or she never showed their face, pointless job.

My wife and I are delighted with our new windows, doors and conservatory. BA Glass did a fantastic job throughout the process from original discussions, product choice, pricing to installation. Throughout the duration of the installation communication was particularly good and Ian MacDonald deserves much credit for this Thank you again
