This was a big deal to my wife and I changing our windows and doors but there was no need to have any concerns, from initial contact to the end of the process has been seamless, nothing was a problem to any of the Bon Accord employees. Highly recommend them and add that to the quality of the workmanship and product, just by seeing the new windows and doors fitted would be recommendation enough.

It has transformed the appearance of my house whilst also making it warmer. Thank you. However, I and my 'observant' neighbours are of the belief that first appearances are vitally important. Can you imagine how my heart sank and was horrified when your fitters first arrived. A filthy van and fitters in equally filthy work clothes. Not a very professional appealing sight at all. 'Cowboys' were my first thoughts - not born out with the finished job thank goodness. But oh how your image plummeted in those first minutes.

Noting the numerous simple matters regarding the standard of work and not the the products provided, the experience and cost fell far below that of any organisation charging top price for their services and perceived quality of organisation. While the list of matters have been recorded elsewhere by the organisations manager, I did not use more time informing the manager of the fact the french door section of work was not wiped down nor glass work cleaned when I realised same a short time later. Having cleaned the glass work following other unrelated work being completed within the house, I then realised one glass insert had an apparent small scratch thereon. While this mark is cosmetic, I would anticipate a new glass unit would be required and a manufacturing issue, and not a concern as the potential for even more inconvenience was not required and causes no fault to the glass unit. Noticing this mark due to being required to wipe down the interior and exterior, including glass work being cleaned myself, having not been completed by the organisations operatives, compounded my thoughts of annoyance with the non complicated job, albeit a small goodwill gesture was provided regarding the total cost of the job.
