Had £11k of windows and doors fitted in February 2021 by 5 star. They lost 1 glass unit during fitting, some of the windows had hardware missing and some windows had wrong hardware fitted.
The front door was scratched which was touched up and looked worse and 5 glass units were scratched removing adhesive labels. We had excuses for months while they fitted windows and doors for others. The repairs and replacements were finally finished in November 2021

Fitted a beautiful new front door in under three hours the guys were very clean and tidy and no problems encountered. Very satisfied all round.

Happy with the outcome. All staff were patient with our numerous changes from original order. Installation was efficient. All detritus was removed. Would have given 5 stars but only first 10yrs of the guarantee include labour, yrs 11-20, parts only.

From start to finish, this was superb service. The initial visit from Dave to measure up and give options was quick and easy with clear guidance. Quote arrived within days and trust me, it was a no brainier. The fitting team of Richard and John were top notch. Very quick, professional, neat and tidy even cleaning up at the end of the day. Your operatives arrived dead on time. Started work immediately upon introducing themselves. They were very pleasant, laying down sheets. Fully explained what they would be doing in great detail. Removed all rubbish after finished and cleared away a few scraps. You should be proud having such excellent operatives.

I had chosen this company over others because their product seemed superior. The service was uncoordinated (window fitters arrived but scaffolding had not been erected) and schedules were stretched and not adhered to. A window was fitted that was not according to requirements and later a reduction in payment was offered adding delays. The workmen were polite and worked hard and tried to leave the place clean but left me with a feeling that they will do the bare minimum possibly because they are not given all the details of the work required. The product is fine but the 20 year warranty offered with the initial contract turns out to be not exactly that(20 yrs unconditional).

From start to finish everybody involved was very helpful @ professional. Very pleased with the installation.
