TWC is currently working on my second rental property, i was shown a sample window on a visit to my home to quote on a summerhouse project and the 20 year guarantee is ideal for my properties, 20 years of not having to worry about windows. I learned this also carries to there doors.

I started my project with a front door and decided on a composite, TWC had a really good range and they concentrated heavily on the security aspect and that really attracted me to use these guys, the price was as i expected and if anything a little cheaper than some of the other doors i had seen, they had no hidden extras like some of the other local companies who advertised a fitted price and then its £25 for a letterbox etc. when it came to the fitting my wife is an expert at finding things wrong , but she struggled, an expert job, i can see why they employ all of the fitters themselves to keep the high standards they deliver. I'm very impressed with TWC they have made a good start and i will continue to use them for the rest of the modernisation. I will add some photos when the windows are in.

Im one of 3 quote people, but im very proud of my home so this decision was on confidence of the company as well as he product but the price is also important. Ross visited and he knew his stuff, the window was very different to the previous demonstrations by the other companies and carried a 20 year warranty (the others only 10 years) and the various colours available was food for thought , i decided on the white as i wasnt brave enough to make the change, the installation was perfect , the same team came every day and they didnt stop, the new windows look great, I dont write reviews often but TWC deserves one.

Great Service, i had all my windows done at the front of the house about 3 years ago by these guys and some scum bag threw something or tried to beak in though the back door recently and broke the toughen glass around the back, with the return customer discount it was hard to say no to a new door , they secured my old one and had my new door made to measure by the following week, fast efficient and i would say good value.

If only more companies were run like TWC. Slick operation from start to finish. Great product and great people, have recommended two neighbours already and earn myself hundred pound for doing so.

Genuinely can not fault this company from start to finish. Received a call from a charming young man about my windows, but I had them changed last year, so he asked how old my garage roof was, I had no idea but knew it wasn't in the best of conditions. A very polite young man named Aaron came to see me to work me out a price and I have to say I was very impressed. Because I was flexible with when I got the job fitted I got an extra discount and the job was excellent. My new rubber roof is night and day compared to the old felt roof, and it even comes with a 30 year guarantee, that will long outlast me. Thank you to TWC, I will certainly recommend you.

What a fantastic company, I would like to thank Ashley and his team for all of their hard work. My windows have been on the to do list ever since we moved in too many years ago than I care to mention, but it wasn't until I got a phone call from a polite young man named Ben. So I had a look at a price and I was so impressed that I went ahead and took advantage of one of their offers. I am now nice and warm, my neighbours are jealous and I feel extremely secure, thanks again.

I was recommended to TWC by my sister after they fitted some windows at her house. She couldn't speak highly enough about them so I phoned them up and asked them to give me some advice on my conservatory roof. It was 15 years old and freezing cold in the winter and boiling hot in the summer. They advised I go for an blue glass roof and it has transformed the conservatory and we can now use it all year round. The fitters were so polite, clean and tidy, i really couldn't fault them.

What a fantastic company, from start to finish I was so impressed, they installed all of my windows front and back, I had old aluminium windows coming out, and although I was worried that the profile was slightly wider on the PVC windows, once they were in they looked amazing. Thank you very much

Having just moved to the area I did some research on window companies in Swindon, and when I found TWC I knew it was the company for me. They are local, family run and employ all of their own fitters. From the moment they came and worked my price out, to the survey, to the install I was extremely impressed. Everyone I came into contact with was polite, courteous and professional, and I have recommended them to my neighbours. My only slight criticism was that when taking out the bathroom window they dropped a drill on my toilet seat and cracked it, but they went out and bought me a new one the same day, and actually my wife prefers the new one.
