2 chaps turned up to replace 5 windows in our house.darren and ricky did a superb job they did not stop until it was finished.they spent a god time showing us what they had done, and then cleared up all the mess that had been done

Had a problem with my back door after three years so had them come out and have a look, lot of head scratching then I was told on Wednesday we will get a man out to fix it Friend morning and he arrived I think his name was Mark not sure but he did a great job took his time and took the door right our again and started afresh took him over four hours but it looks like he has fixed the problem lets hope so, what a gent he is and so careful even insisted hovering up at the end even though there was very little mess, told him the side window was not opening properly and he fixed that as well, so big thank you to him

Our beautiful Conservatory has just been finished. It was designed and built by TWC. From the start I was impressed by the helpfulness of all the team which continued all through the build. I love the design and the quality of the Conservatory, built for all year round use. Stone work and frames matched so that they blend in with existing house. Quality materials were used throughout all aspects of the build which also involved plastering and electrics, all finished to the same high standard. Yes there were the inevitable hitches and delays with supplies ( hard for all companies at the moment) but TWC kept me informed and continued working resulting in just a couple of weeks delay and I am delighted to say the finished result is fantastic! Thank you TWC, we are thrilled with our new living space!

Front door and patio doors fitted by Chris and on time. He was very tidy, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He explained every step of the installation process clarifying with us any problems that may have arisen due to our house walls not being true which we took on and accepted. Would highly recommend Chris.

We contacted TWC about installing a french door having been let down by another company and they sent someone out the same day. After agreeing the details, he arranged for a surveyor to visit the next day and within a month, we've had our doors fitted by the amazing Jostin. Have to say that the whole process has been easy and that the work done by Jostin was second to none. He had to cut out the opening in the brick work and block work, install lintels and then insert the french doors and make good, plaster, install a threshold and fix skirting. He's the person to have doing your job if you get him, he's an outstanding tradesman, nothing was too much trouble. It's great having one person who can do all of the work without having to get separate tradesmen. It took only three days to complete all of the work. Just bear in mind, we were waiting on the previous company more than 6 months who kept putting us off. TWC are an excellent company to deal with in our opinion.

Excellent service and delighted with the quality and the fitting of my windows and front door. The fitter was on his own and did not stop even to have a lunch break. He was polite and respectful at all times. He showed me how to operate the catches on the windows and the front door. I have no hesitation in recommending TWC Home Improvements.

I recently had 3 units supplied and fitted by TWC. Chris, the installer, was fantastic. At the outset he explained exactly what he was going to do, how long the installations would take and what would happen if any problems were to arise. I purchased my 1st home with my boyfriend at the end of last year and we had the coldest winter ever, the old windows were single glazed and we knew they were desperate when we moved in. We went to the TWC showroom to have a look and was bowled over, the windows are a step above what we had seen in other showrooms and they back the quality difference with a 20 year guarantee. The fitting was just as expected and now we are lovely and warm. A must use.

After moving to a house in Corsham I was looking to replace a wood framed lean to conservatory as it had rotten wood and all the glazed panels had blown... I had a couple of quotes from local companies and a friend said why not try TWC in Swindon? I was not sure if they would travel to Corsham so I asked them if they would. James was my initial contact and was most helpful and stated that they travel all of Wiltshire and beyond. They then sent a design consultant out at a time to suit my wife and I, and he was most helpful and even suggested a great way to find more interior space without going on to my neighbours property. In addition to this, the price was comparable to the big boys and cheaper than some and it was the friendliness and knowledge of the designer and sales team that swayed our decision to go with TWC. They also said that they could do it sooner than anyone else which made me suspicious but but we thought we would have them do our conservatory anyway. As the old conservatory had rotted and the roof was rubbish we agreed to have the new roof supplied in the new Blue glass as it seemed to be the best long term option. This was our own decision and at no point did we feel pressured into it. I have to say that they then came on the appointed day to remove the old rotten room and I feared that we would then be left in limbo whilst the old excuses came out to justify delays in fitting a new one... I cannot tell you how pleased I was when they arrived again when promised to start digging footings for the new room. Like any project there are always curve balls, ours came by way of a hidden railway track in the garden which made the digging more difficult and the build was extended by a day. TWC kept me up to date with the progress even though I was at work for most of the build schedule. Once the footings were complete and had settled, sure enough the fitting team were back on site and the frame flew up whilst I was at work. Very impressed! Glazing quickly followed and once the roof was on they phoned the plasterer and electrician who fitted out the inside and accommodated our request to have additional sockets fitted with no fuss at all. Overall we are very impressed with the whole project from quote to moving in. We now have a fantastic room which is able to be used all year round. Thank you TWC you are a credit to the industry and I have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.
