Trademark replaced all our windows a couple of months ago. The whole process was hassle free and simple. They quoted sensibly (without fake offers/pressure selling) and turned up when they said they would. We chose them over a competitor as the energy efficiency of their windows was higher. The work was tidy - we haven't had to redecorate or tidy up in any room. The windows all seem to be good quality. We would recommend TradeMark :)

I love my new front doors, its Bright yellow and stands out from all the rest, the fitters were very helpfully indeed as were all the staff and so far every one that walks past just has to look especially in the sun shine as it glows, its a perfect fit with no draught's and i love it.

Trademark recently replaced our front door and glass side panels which we could not be happier with, the quality of the door and the installers workmanship is excellent. I'd heard good things about Trademark windows and decided to use them to replace our old patio door and window for a new sliding double doors. From the initial contact to the full installation (which happened sooner than we expected) the service we received was excellent - and we cannot fault the product. We had twelve windows and 2 doors fitted in a four day period and are absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. The fitters worked so hard including during a torrential downpour and were so professional at all times. They had numerous difficult situations to deal with including hanging tiles on both the front and back of the property, windows over pitched roofs but nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly delighted, would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.  

I was very happy with the process followed from Sales to installation and follow up regarding a couple of minor issues. Although time will tell, the quality of the product seems very good. I would recommend TradeMark to others.

I don’t usually give reviews; however, my experience with trademark was such that in their case I will make an exception.  After an enormous amount of research (in a sector that regrettably has a large number of questionable operators), I approached TradeMark for new windows, front door and patio bi-folds.  Right from the start things felt credible and professional.  The salesman was highly knowledgeable with no hint of a ‘hard sell’ – in essence, his pitch was here is a great product from a well-established company that prides itself on delivering quality at a fair price.  The fitting team (in-house, which is very important!) were outstanding and were only interested in getting things right.  After installation there was a glitch with the window product which was outside of TradeMark’s control and this is where the company really showed its metal.  An enormous of effort was expended by TradeMark’s owner and the manufacturer such that the problem was resolved quickly and entirely to my satisfaction – not sure you would get this sort of response from anyone else.  In summary, use the guys with total confidence.
