The price is honest and extremely good value and the product itself is very high quality as well as The workmanship of the installation.

I was replacing all my windows and doors and I was very impressed with Trademark from start to finish. The salesman was very responsive and answered all of my queries promptly. The windows were fitted much earlier than they forecast and the team that fitted them are excellent tidying and clearing everyday before they left, no hesitation in recommending them.

A year ago we had to replace a set of French Doors and chose Trademark mainly because of the guarantee that was longer than most other companies. The doors have got stuck a couple of times, but the company always got someone to come and sort things out within 24 hours. So, when we decided to replace all the other windows and doors in the house there was no hesitation in calling Trademark. All the materials arrived well before the original estimated delivery date, and the work took 4 1/2 days. We were totally impressed by the quality of the materials, the quality of the work, and how the installers treated our home like they would their own. Every last bit of dust was vacuumed up at the end of each day, the windows were cleaned, and the team gave us lots of advice and tips about how to keep the doors and windows in tip top condition. And even before we ordered, the estimator gave us so much advice about what style would best suit our house. Everyone that comes to the house tells us how amazing the new front door and windows look. We are very happy with our decision to use Trademark windows.

It was a pleasure working with Trademark from start to finish. Consultant was extremely helpful when visited and gave us all the information and even checked the colour of a neighbour's door to ensure it was the same colour we wanted. Installation was quick and very well done, no mess, no fuss and the fitters gave us a quick explanation of all the adjustments needed to make a well fitted door. A good job all round and well recommended.

Replacement patio sliding door with new upvc for,and they even repaired the bottom of the opening, good pair of fitters who worked well with minimum fuss&mess.

The first visit to find out what I needed, what my budget was, any questions I had etc, was really good. There was no hard sell, it was all about what was right for me and there was no pressure to decide if I wanted to go ahead after receiving the quote by email. I was given an approximate delivery date and my order was actually ready earlier than expected which was great. The delivery/installation date was booked to my convenience too.

On the day of installation the guys turned up on time, they worked hard all day, kept me up to date with what they were doing, but without interrupting me, as I was working from home. They made sure everything was tidied up as they had found it. They returned the next day, again on time, finished fitting the front door and French doors , again making sure everything was clean and tidy. They showed me how to operate the locking mechanisms, as my old fittings were very basic compared to the new ones.

Customer service was excellent too and the guarantees were provided very soon after the work had been completed. A survey of the work was carried out by the local council who certified all work was very satisfactory and passed the strict guidelines.

From the first consultation to completion the work was progressed very smoothly . The engineer that checked the existing structure and measurements was pleasant and thorough. The old conservatory frames and roof were quickly taken down and removed from site by hard working and jovial guys. The new roof and frames came quicker than expected and fitted well with our timing. The jovial guys came back and set about the new build there were no problems just solutions to fit nicely with our existing walls. There is a tricky connection to our existing house roof requiring a leaded structure, it was no problem for the guys and they were happy that I gave my opinion as to how the leadwork was done, great job P. Electrician followed nicely and then the plasterer and his assistant fitted the plasterboard and plaster skimmed the ceiling and made where required. I must say that after forty years as a builder I have never been more impressed with the quality of the plasterer, a real artisan. The work was completed within one week and very clean. Many thanks.

Really pleased with the work done to replace three windows and install patio doors. Also TradeMark have supplied and fitted a new front door for us. The whole experience has been carried out professionally and we're delighted with everything. TradeMark also have good levels of customer service, would definitely recommend.

We had all our windows and doors replaced last year by a national window company. It was done to an awful standard and was an terrible experience knowing your home has been damaged and you are worse off than before the work started.

Trademark came to our rescue repairing damage, replacing all our windows and doors to a good standard and making our home weatherproof and warm. Their experience shown in repairing damage and putting in lintels where our brickwork was collapsing was excellent, they also had to contend with interior damages and again worked with us to achieve the best possible finish so we were happy. The team were lovely and helpful throughout and a pleasure to have around the house. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

Conservatory refurbishment carried out January 2023. It was a positive experience with thanks to Trademark and their contractors regarding electrics and plastering. It will take a year to find out if it was worth it but so far: so good.
