I first used trademark windows in the 1990s 30 + years later i called them to replace them . Yet again the best quote straight forward honest non of the hard sales pitch you hear about . Very flexible on installation my wife has disabled aides they were very careful not to damage any thing covered all things like stairlift . after dates agreed very impressed with the installation team . As They had to install a lintel i was very happy with the job . Great windows they explained how the vents work hinges etc. Cleaned up behind themselves the whole job finished left clean and tidy we are very happy with the swift job done in no time very courteous and understanding of our house . From the beginning to end a great service with a competitive quote. Every aspect was easy and professional e.g.: initial sales survey, choice of options, visiting showroom to review options, easy to understand quote breakdown, pre-installation check, installation and post installation. The installation team were great, on time, fitted windows perfectly, made good any surrounding areas, and cleaned up every day. TradeMark were the only company that offered the latest regulation, full fire escape windows as an option, which we chose. Even with these the quote was the best. The guarantee is excellent and they even provide a post installation council building service inspection with certificate you need when you sell your house. The MD Mark, bundled in a small extra job, not quoted for. They even exceeded my high expectations. We definitely made the right choice.

This is the third time I have used Trademark Windows  for the installation of double glazing and I highly recommend them.  From initial enquiry then house visits when every option was explained in detail.  Photos were take front and back so that we could see how our house would look with the windows of our choice.  Every detail of the project was covered.  We were kept notified throughout the process of likely delivery and installation dates.  The installation team were excellent.  They were happy to keep us appraised at each stage of the installation.  It was great to see and appreciate their expertise.  Seven windows removed and replaced and not a speck of dust left anywhere.  All in all, an excellent team job which displayed the first class standards shown by all at Trademark Windows.

Trademark Windows were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from first contact, until the window was fitted.

We needed to replace a round window in our porch from an old single glazed unit, that was rotting away, to a new double glazed window. It was not an easy job, and the glass/frame had to be custom made. The price quoted was extremely competitive, and the fitter who came to install the window was really friendly, knowledgable and left zero mess or 'stuff' to tidy up afterwards. We didn't even need to repaint around the frame!

Overall we were very impressed with the service we received, and would highly recommend Trademark Windows to anyone.

The quote provided by TradeMark was reasonable. They were not the cheapest but we were impressed by the guy doing the quote and had used TradeMark before, so went with them.
As regards the work itself, the fitters were very polite and cleared up any mess each day. The windows and doors seem to all be of very good quality. All the glass units were fine, with no marks or scratches. We went for the polished chrome window handles, and some of these were scratched, either from the factory or in installing. The company came out on 2 occasions to replace the scratched handles with no fuss or querying.
Overall, I would say we are very impressed with TradeMark and would thoroughly recommend them.

We have used Trademark Windows for multiple projects across multiple houses and will continue to go back to them again in the future when needed. We have had numerous replacement windows & doors as well as a lantern roof and bifold doors. Trademark have always been very responsive with initial quotes and booking dates, as well as aftercare queries, and the workmanship is always top class! Would definitely recommend them!
