    Generally a very good job. Let down by lack of...

    Generally a very good job. Let down by lack of communication with customers often resulting in work schedules being changed at the last moment. Received phone call at 8.am. advising that one job had not been finished off and there would be a delay in the start of fitting. One tradesman who should have started work at 8.30 a.m. and didn't turn up until 10.45 a.m! Did not seem to appreciate how this affected their clients arrangements.

    We are very delighted with our new porch. It has exceeded our expectations and has created extra space particularly in wetter weather, though we can sit out in too. The quality of workmanship from the foundations to completion has been exemplary and courteous and helpful Service throughout. Top job! Very satisfied customers
