We were not sure what we wanted but there was loads to see at the showroom in Durham which really helped us make up our mind - all the staff were dead friendly and teh lads cleaned up after themselves every day. We used our new conservatory on Christmas day! We're very happy!

I had all of my windows and front door replaced by Pennine Home Improvements. The job was completed in 3 days, which was great as it meant it was all completed the weekend before Christmas. This job included scaffolding and bricking up which they used sub-contractors for - they were also great. The lads were lovely and very helpful, as were the people from the office. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

We had a roof put on our Everest conservatory, and a bedroom window replaced. The nature of the construction of the conservatory, presented several problems. However the surveyors and the fitters, quickly overcame these. We were extremely pleased with the competency of the fitters, the plasterer and the electrician.... We cannot praise them highly enough.....they all did an excellent job.

From ordering to finishing the work the whole process went smoothly, and we're thoroughly delighted with the conservatory. Everybody involved was friendly and easy to get on with. We'd definitely recommend Pennine without hesitation.

From start to finish everything went according to what we were told at first meeting. work was completed on time & workmanship was first class.

Pennine have just completed my project of new flush fitted windows, patio door, composite back and front door. Two fitters arrived early and completed project over two days. They were very polite and efficient and cleared the mess as they worked. They protected my furnishings and offered helpful advice on maintainance. I thoroughly recommend Pennine Home Improvements. I was a bit nervous committing to such a big project, but the team at Pennine answered all my questions, made sure I was really happy with the plans and made it a hassle-free experience. I was kept well-informed of progress and found all the staff and workmen to be polite and professional. Some of the work was delayed due to bad weather - but it was quickly re-arranged and was still finished quicker than I expected. I am thrilled with my fabulous new orangery - thank you!
