We have just had our 23 year old conservatory replaced by Pennine and are over the moon with quality and workmanship. The new aluminium roof looks fantastic and the room feels much warmer.
We also chose to have 2 column heaters installed on the corners which are very discreet and give a lovely warmth to the room on an evening. They aren’t cheap but worth every penny and only need to be on for 10 mins to warm the room up.

Great service and we are really happy with the Conservatory. The teams doing the work did an amazing job and worked hard to try and get it done in the allotted time, even with the snow and cold weather.
If I had one criticism would be the lack of communication as to when the guys would be turning up, as a suggestion only to improve communication from the office to the customer once works start.

Absolutely overwhelmed by my quality of Orangery. I'm so glad I made the right choice of using you guys. The finish of the products is sublime. With regards to your workforce that did the job(Mike and Jamie) what a professional and skilled bunch of chaps.

We used Pennine to replace all the windows in our house and to add French doors to the property too and it couldn’t have been a better experience!
We were looking to model our new windows on an image we had of the original 1920s windows and they helped from start to finish, ensuring that we were completely happy with the design and even helped suggest the best and most cost-effective way to achieve the look we wanted.

Fitting was extremely easy and the team completed the work, including the fitting of the new French doors within 6 hours which was fantastic!

We love our new windows and would recommend Pennine to anyone looking to replace theirs!

Two gents from Pennine visited my home today to repair a leaking roof in the Conservatory.
The appear to have done a very thorough and comprehensive job and touch wood the problem will have been solved. They worked very efficiently and professionally and were very courteous and respectful. 10/10 for customer service Pennine.

We got a few quotes for our extension but in the end we chose Pennine for their reputation. We certainly weren’t disappointed we have been very pleased from start to finish. The options are incredible so we’re so pleased we went to their showroom first and the team gave us a lot of advice. The last few bits are just being finished off and then we’re done and it looks amazing.

Had orangery installed August 2016 by Pennine - communication and installation were very good and was really pleased with the result. Experienced no problems until Jan/February of 2020 when it developed a couple of leaks. Contacted Pennine customer service department and spoke to Liz who was a good help. Took quite a few visits to 'investigate' problem from various work people to ascertain the problem - it seemed to speed the job on when I sent in my own photo's and information of the issue. Workmen came and hopefully, fingers crossed have sorted out the cause of the leak, also sent a plasterer to re plaster the damaged internal walls. Aftercare is very important in many cases problems are not apparent until it rains extremely hard - good that they sorted this out.

Start to finish has been trouble-free, despite the Covid problems. Our new flush windows look great. The fitters, Steve and Derek, were excellent and got on with the job efficiently.
The flush windows are fantastic from the outside but people should know that there is more frame than there is on the normal windows. I was made aware of this and was happy to go ahead because I don't like the normal windows where the opening windows look different. I think they were a good choice and am pleased with the look.

We had used Pennine before, many years ago, and so contacted them (amongst other installers) for some new work on a different property. The initial visit to talk through the options etc was very helpful, their representative was pleasant, professional and made no attempt to sell us more than we required - a good sign in my opinion! Pennine impressed with their openness and use of good quality products. The installation team of two men arrived on time (even though the location was remote) and were excellent in every respect. They worked together as a team, rapidly, efficiently and tidily, clearing up afterwards and removing all of the unwanted waste. The work was completed far more easily and much more quickly than we had supposed. Since the installation we have experienced at least two named storms...all is watertight and windproof, and we have noticed a huge improvement in the warmth of the house following the installation. We have been delighted with the service provided by Pennine, and would not hesitate to recommend the company.
