The salesman at Mitchells was very friendly and welcoming and also very knowledgeable of the product and able to advise us and answer all questions clearly. He was also straightforward and honest - no sales ‘pitch’ - which was greatly appreciated. The fitters were friendly, polite and punctual and completed both days of work surprisingly quickly and efficiently. The new doors look really lovely and we are very pleased to have chosen Mitchells to supply and fit them for us. My overall experience is that the company is ‘First Class’ and we will definitely recommend them to others and choose them again for future projects.

Whilst the whole service and products have been great I am particularly grateful to the fitters. They explained everything when asked and perhaps more importantly they located three minor issues which they reported and had remedied quickly and efficiently. It was a no-stress experience on our behalf and we're really happy with the end result.

Noting the numerous simple matters regarding the standard of work and not the the products provided, the experience and cost fell far below that of any organisation charging top price for their services and perceived quality of organisation. While the list of matters have been recorded elsewhere by the organisations manager, I did not use more time informing the manager of the fact the french door section of work was not wiped down nor glass work cleaned when I realised same a short time later. Having cleaned the glass work following other unrelated work being completed within the house, I then realised one glass insert had an apparent small scratch thereon. While this mark is cosmetic, I would anticipate a new glass unit would be required and a manufacturing issue, and not a concern as the potential for even more inconvenience was not required and causes no fault to the glass unit. Noticing this mark due to being required to wipe down the interior and exterior, including glass work being cleaned myself, having not been completed by the organisations operatives, compounded my thoughts of annoyance with the non complicated job, albeit a small goodwill gesture was provided regarding the total cost of the job.

So happy with our new windows and door from Mitchell Glass. Professional, efficient and so tidy. You wouldn’t even know they had been there. Can’t recommend highly enough
