Very pleased with our new Windows and front door....
Very pleased with our new Windows and front door. Workmen where very good, always clearing up and always made sure that our daughters rooms where all clean and tools away before they came home from School. Even when we found fault with one of the window's this was dealt with very quick

Supply to fit a small conservatory. Mitchell's overall service was excellent. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and pointed out issues for discussion. The installers were exceptional arriving on time, tidy. The "back room" aspect of Mitchell's requires to considerably improve. The project was planned to their timetable not ours with very little warning of when the project was to start. Often the fitters turned up and we were not aware they were coming eg electrician. We were pressed for decisions at a time when we had personal terminal illness in our family so that they could meet their schedule. Communication between the "back room" and the front line staff seemed to be very loose and often wrong or mistaken information was given to them. I would recommend however with certain insights for the prospective buyer.
