From start to finish I could not be more delighted...
From start to finish I could not be more delighted with product & staff who dealt with the purchase & installation of my new front door.
Every person involved has turned up early for their appointments & the door was ready & fitted about 2 weeks before I had expected the job to be completed.
I have 28 years in Aftersales experience & know a thing or two about customer service, the Mitchell's team are marvellous.

This was the best company and products I have had the pleasure of doing business with for a long time. The fantastic answer gradings are all well deserved. Can't rate them highly enough in every way.
We had a porch windows and doors. Excellent service cleanest and tidiest of workmen, flexible schedule, accommodating staff. A joy!

Very happy, but surprised that some of the windows...
Very happy, but surprised that some of the windows supplied had to have the glazing inserted by the fitters rather than being fitted at source. The company was excellent throughout, the only delay being caused by the planning process, which is out of their control.

Mitchell Glass designed and built an outstanding glass balcony for me and have ben replacing windows around my home as required. From the first initial contact for a quotation through to the final fitting the service from all their staff is second to none. They listen carefully to your needs and are courteous, polite and friendly, nothing is too much for them.
The are the "whole package" I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service from all staff, friendly but professional throughout. Have used Mitchell's before and appreciate their approach and products, no hard sell or hours being bombarded with "special offers"!! Delighted with new Windows and doors, would recommend Mitchell's to others.

A very professional company to deal with. Much more professional than the so called market leaders of Everest and Anglian windows.
The sales person did not pressure their products and service on you.
All the fitters were very polite and hard working.
Excellent quality of service and products provided at a reasonable price.

This company have done quite a number of jobs on my home. I find them friendly and helpful. When windows and doors were installed I didn't have to do any re-decorating as the finish was so neat. The only problems I have had were with sub-contracted builders on a big job. Mitchell's tradesmen without exception were polite, deligent and proficient.
