We are delighted with our new windows. Your installers – Tim and Christian – were exemplary and the end results of their hard work (not forgetting yours too) are wonderful. From a couple of rooms it's as if we're looking out to new vistas; for the first time since we moved here we are able to appreciate the view uninhibited by mould, damp and dirt. It's spurred us on to get the rest done now.

I am writing to let you know how very pleased I am with the windows and door fitted last week. The units themselves are well made and have improved both the look and comfort of the property, exceeding my expectations. As you know, the weather last week was very challenging to say the least. Special thanks must go to Jim for persisting with the installation. This in spite of snow and wind chill, at time of -11C. Jim also rose to the challenges presented due to the poor installation of the previous windows. Jim's very professional approach has produced a brilliant result.
