    I had 2 new windows fitted to stop a leak from the...

    I had 2 new windows fitted to stop a leak from the cavity drip trays. The advisor told me that the fitters would check the trays and repair if needed whilst fitting the new windows. This was not the case the fitters told me they do not touch the trays and I would need a builder to do this. While I have 2 lovely new windows I feel I was mis sold them as it is the drip tray that is still the problem so I spent £500 which I did not need to. Not happy with Clearview this time at all!

    Whilst I am happy with the finished roof it took...

    Whilst I am happy with the finished roof it took much longer to complete than we were initially led to believe and during the process there was no contact at all from the contractor without us contacting them first. All of the installation team were efficient, hard working and punctual but they were not as tidy as we would have liked in leaving the job. I am concerned that they removed the insulation from the two central box gutters but have been assured this will not cause a problem.
