    Pros - Great team, friendly, polite, punctual,...

    Pros - Great team, friendly, polite, punctual, tidy, professional, fantastic product and work. Cons- Surveyor - aloof, dismissed questions, assured us on more than one occasion that no need to remove decking before hand.

    Time taken to install and complete fitting of...

    Time taken to install and complete fitting of windows was much longer than expected (overall 2 months from start to completion). This was due to quality of glass, numerous panels had to be replaced due to damage and quality. Overall we are very happy with the completed windows but disappointed with the time taken.
